Great facility and guidance in writing a letter of complaint that ended in a very satisfactory outcome with a private parking charge notice being cancelled. So grateful for a speedy resolution to something that should never have happened. There was no need to escalate into further action but how satisfying and supportive to know this was available and could have been used if it were needed.
