Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at resolver. Thanks to Martin Lewis on TV saying about claiming for holiday delays which I did not know about I have managed to claim for a delay that cost us losing a whole days holiday. With 2 little ones stuck in an airport for the day wasn't much fun, I had looked into my travel insurance but was not covered so thought that was it. This was in august 2011, however, thanks to your company I have just been paid out £1276 by Monarch.

Our flight was cancelled when we arrived home we found Resolver via the Martin Lewis website, we used their template which was easy to use as it only needed the minimum of information.Our case was settled within 4 weeks and received full compensation. Would recommend Resolver
