I want to record my thanks for making Vodafone deal with my complaint. After two letters (second one recorded delivery) went without any reply at all, I used resolver. Your first email to that company didn't receive a response but the second one did. Following a phone call (with a reference number for my case) Vodafone finally capitulated and this morning I received a replacement handset for the faulty one bought in June. Huge thanks to the site and to the BBC's Moneybox, which put me in touch with it for a feature a few Saturdays ago. With very best wishes for your continued success,
