Resolver worked really well for my dispute with Iberia who initially said that the Technical Fault which caused my flight to be delayed 36hrs did not qualify under the EU Regs. However, with Resolver's help, Iberia said they had reviewed the case and agreed to pay Euro 600 for both myself and my wife. Well done Resolver !!
