It's always nice to get a card, but better still when it's a thank-you from a family who Resolver has helped sort out a serious issue
After six-month-long issue with an energy supplier that involved intimidating debt collection letters and final demands, this family's traumatic problems have finally been brought to a satisfactory resolution.
As touching as it is to get a thank-you, the best bit about this is that, this is a problem solved, and a family's life improved.
The card now takes pride of place in the Resolver office, next to office mascot Resolver Dog!
