Resolver’s very own consumer champion James Walker is set to feature on the Ideal Super Theatre stage later this month to discuss household consumer rights. He’ll be appearing for a series of public talks at the centrepiece of the 2015 Ideal Home Show.

Appearing on 29th, 30th and 31st March, James will help demystify common household niggles, explaining the complicated world of consumer rights and showing you what you can do when things go wrong!

James, founder of the online complaints service, will cover everything from how to deal with nuisance PPI calls to sorting out poor broadband and telecoms services.

Follow his advice and you can make sure you’re not short-changed by any household issues. Using real-life anecdotes, and through practical lessons in consumer rights, James is set to show you how the good guys of customer service work with the consumer - and how you can deal the bad guys. James also shows you the lighter side of complaining, revealing some of the bizarre compensation offers complainers receive.
