Tip of the Week - keep a sense of perspective

Always remember to keep anger out of any complaints, says our resident pro complainer Jasper Griegson

 In Meditations (60th Years). (5637101180)

A good complainer will always remain cool and calm, whatever the circumstances. It may be that your car has broken down for the ninth time, your washing machine is on the blink and you’ve just had a rotten holiday. But what should you do if you are so angry that you cannot even compose an email?

My advice is that you should forget your woes for a few hours. Think of sunshine and fresh air and go for a walk in the countryside or your local park. There is plenty of greenery out there and it’s free. After a healthy stroll you will feel 100% better placed to fight your battle. Moreover, you will approach the problem with an infinitely improved perspective.
