Resolver is a member of AdviceUK, the largest support network of independent advice centres in the UK.
Resolver and AdviceUK have signed an agreement to promote Resolver into its 800 members so that consumers will be able to visit more than 1,200 drop in centres around the UK to get advice and guidance on running and resolving their complaints for free. This will means those that are not tech savvy can have a case set up and managed for them with Resolver.
AdviceUK also advises Resolver on ensuring its service is there to support and assist consumers who are vulnerable and need additional assistance and guidance.
AdviceUK is the UK’s largest support network for free, independent advice centres. AdviceUK was formed in 1979 as the Federation of Independent Advice Centres (FIAC).
