Start by telling us the name of the company or organisation you have an issue with.
There isn’t really a regulatory body that covers the whole repair, maintenance and improvement (RMI) sector, but the company may belong to a membership organisation with whom you can raise your complaint. If the company is also a member of TrustMark you can then raise your issue or complaint with TrustMark if the issue cannot be resolved by the membership organisation.

It also helps to ensure that quality standards are kept high and that processes and complaints procedures can be standardised as far as possible. TrustMark's aim is to help you find local trusthworthy trades. TrustMark is a not-for-profit company lisensed by the UK Government.

The objective is to make it simple and easy to raise and resolve issues with TrustMark members. Where a TrustMark member is within resovler, then resolver will help you through every step of the complaint process, helping you understand your rights and to guide you through the process.
