Frequently Asked Questions about Services

If I can’t resolve my complaint with the tradesman or company, who can I talk to?

There isn’t really a regulatory body that covers the whole repair, maintenance and improvement (RMI) sector, but the company may belong to a membership organisation with whom you can raise your complaint.
