Waiting for equipment is unfortunately an occasional part of going to the gym – but that’s not to say that your gym doesn’t have a responsibility to provide a reasonable standard of service.
If it’s clear that there isn’t enough equipment in your gym, you should inform a member of staff. They may be able to arrange for new equipment to be supplied.
If you feel like your complaints haven’t been fully addressed, you may be within your rights to leave your contract (as the gym hasn’t delivered their service to a reasonable standard).
