You can be certain that you’re talking to the right person at the right time. We automatically connect you to contacts at thousands of household names, ombudsmen and regulators to find a resolution.
Your swimming pool should deliver classes to you or your child(ren) to ‘a reasonable degree of care and skill’. If you feel that the classes fall below a reasonable standard, you should first contact your swimming co-ordinator to see if they can improve the situation.
If they can’t resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you are within your rights to cancel your contract (if you have one).
If you feel your complaints have not been properly addressed, you should start a case via Resolver.
We have 5,214 pages of rights advice for you covering 7,127 companies and organisations across 16 public & private sectors. Feel free to browse companies for this specific issue - they're all listed below - but the quickest way to find the best rights for you is by using our unique Rights Finder to access our extensive database of advice.
