Your swimming pool should deliver classes to you or your child(ren) to ‘a reasonable degree of care and skill’. If you feel that the classes fall below a reasonable standard, you should first contact your swimming co-ordinator to see if they can improve the situation.
If they can’t resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you are within your rights to cancel your contract (if you have one).
