TrustMark

Resolver is a member of TrustMark - the Government endorsed standard for property care and home improvement services.  Resolver is committed to supporting and helping TrustMark to improve the quality of services within the construction and home improvement sector.

Resolver and TrustMark are working together to add all members of TrustMark to Resolver over the next 12 months. Within the common core criteria of TrustMark, we have committed to the Department of Business, Innovation & Skills to work towards all of their members being included within Resolver. 

Resolver has set up a dedicated area on the website for TrustMark where we will be adding the members of TrustMark over the next 12 months by working with their scheme operators.  

About TrustMark

TrustMark is a quality mark which operates a framework under which 26 scheme operators work in the RMI (repair, maintenance and improvement) sector, including trade associations, local government trading standards teams, and independent scheme operators. 

These schemes are approved to carry the TrustMark logo and recruit reputable and trustworthy tradesmen. This enables the TrustMark scheme operators to promote improved RMI sector standards, and tackle related issues such as better enforcement. All of these scheme operators are audited annually by TrustMark, to ensure processes, standards and complaint procedures are being maintained.
