Unfair delivery charges?

We're working with the Scottish Government to campaign for fairer parcel delivery charges for consumers living in Scotland.

If you've experienced unfair charges for parcel delivery, let us know. Your stories could make a difference.

The campaign

Last year – for the first time ever – Resolver saw more issues raised about online shopping than high street retail. It’s clear we’re changing the way we shop – and we’re increasingly reliant on online retailers and delivery companies.

With this in mind, it’s important that businesses treat everyone fairly – regardless of where we live.

Resolver and the Scottish Government have seen that people who live in some parts of Scotland are being hit with high delivery charges – and we want to find a solution.

The first step in getting consumers a fairer deal is to figure out how big the problem is.

If you’ve been charged a fortune for the delivery of something you ordered online (no matter what you ordered or who you ordered it from), we’d like to hear about it.

Click the button below to let us know, and we’ll pass the information on to the Scottish Government. We won’t be able to reply to every submission, but your input will help us make a difference.
