Survey free prize draw terms & conditions - 2024

Eligibility
The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who have previously used Resolver to submit a complaint.
Employees of Resolver and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Entry
To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the survey as requested in the communication from Resolver.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Prize
One winner will receive £250. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Duration
The prize draw will commence on October 3 2024 and close on December 30 2024. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the closing date.
The draw will take place within 28 days after the closing date.

Notification
The winner will be notified via email within 28 days of the draw.
If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Resolver reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Data Protection
Participants’ personal information will be used solely for the purpose of this prize draw and in accordance with Resolver’s privacy policy.
By entering, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information as described in the privacy policy.

Limitation of Liability

Resolver is not responsible for any technical issues, problems with entry, or any other circumstances that prevent entry or the award of the prize.
Resolver reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw at any time, without notice.

Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
