If you feel the conduct of staff has been inappropriate, such as leaving your property in a mess, you should raise your concern with the insulation provider. Remember to record who you spoke to and when, and the reason for your complaint. You should set out your complaint in writing and send it to the customer services department of your insulation supplier. They should respond to you in a reasonable time period stating that your complaint is important to them and offering an apology or a remedy for the inconvenience or offence you have suffered.
