I had not replied as I discovered 2 repayment credits on my bank account so I have waited for some paperwork and it has turned up from Lloyds Bank explaining the credit of just over £700 which is a great result.
The letter was from the person who rang me so it is very surprising that Lloyds Bank doesn't know who he is considering he has just deposited £700 in my account!
So thanks to Resolver we are £700 better off for a quick letter provided by you and some information - great stuff thanks

Just a quick high five to the Resolver team (especially Matt) for saving me going the postal route with showing M&S the error in their ways! They were being reluctant in recognising Resolver as a middle person with my complaint. I gave Matt permission to do what he had to do to make them see sense *wink* Anyways!
