Based on resolver’s experience to date, most complaints regarding train services should be directed to the train company that runs the service in question. If you have not received a satisfactory response from the train company, resolver recommends that you first attempt to re-submit your complaint in writing to the customer services department of your train operator. Within this complaint you should attach a further complaint as to the lack of response.
