Based on resolver’s experience to date, when you pay for a service online you will receive an order confirmation by email almost as soon as you have made the payment and therefore entered into a contract with the trader. The Distance Selling Regulations state that traders must acknowledge your order within a reasonable time or they may be seen to be committing an offence.
If you don’t receive confirmation of your order within a reasonable time, resolver recommends that you write to the trader for an explanation and resolver can assist you in submitting, recording and reminding you when and who to escalate to.
It can be worrying when you purchase services online and don’t receive confirmation of your order, especially once you’ve paid. Resolver can help you resolve this issue quickly, free of charge and without the hassle. We can also help you with the next step of writing your complaint.
