Based on resolver’s experience to date, when you pay for a service online you will receive an order confirmation by email almost as soon as you have made the payment and therefore entered into a contract with the trader. The Distance Selling Regulations state that traders must acknowledge your order within a reasonable time or they may be seen to be committing an offence.

If you don’t receive confirmation of your order within a reasonable time, resolver recommends that you write to the trader for an explanation and resolver can assist you in submitting, recording and reminding you when and who to escalate to.
