Nice and simple to use. Saved so much time waiting in O2's phone queues (they were ringing me!) and my complaint dealt with satisfactorily.

I have just had a great holiday! It looks like I have either won against my mobile provider or at least not been further insulted!! They have allowed me to walk away. Before I came to resolver I tried many ways of communicating with these people, without giving you the details it was appalling. It was only after I tried resolver that I got any semblance of sense from them, ok it ended up with the contract being dissolved, but this was better than me paying for no service for the next 13 months. The bottom line is, thanks a lot, without you I would have cracked up or failed, and I never have to deal with them again……… Keep up the good work,

Flight delay to the USA for me and 2 friends. One tried a year ago to look into resolving and concluded too difficult with little chance of success. Set forward RESOLVER and, with a little chaser, €600 each!! Thank you so much!!!
