I have just had a great holiday! It looks like I have either won against my mobile provider or at least not been further insulted!! They have allowed me to walk away. Before I came to resolver I tried many ways of communicating with these people, without giving you the details it was appalling. It was only after I tried resolver that I got any semblance of sense from them, ok it ended up with the contract being dissolved, but this was better than me paying for no service for the next 13 months.
