I found resolver while I was researching the ombudsman service following being mis sold a product and receiving poor customer service by the staff at the EE store in Trinity Leeds. Resolver was absolutely fantastic in helping me reach a resolution, I initially got no response from my first complaint to customer services but resolver escalated my complaint to the next level for me, within two hours of them doing that my issue was sorted. My complaint about the staff in the store was sent to the Leeds regional manager, EE paid two months of my bill and I also have the original contract I actually wanted for £6 a month cheaper than advertised. Happy with resolver as at one point I felt like I had nowhere to go and that I would be stuck with a contract I didn't want or ask for, I will be leaving EE once this 12 month contract is up though as this whole experience has left me very bitter about dealing with them again.
