The quality of services provided by K2GO is monitored by The Furniture Ombudsman. This means that The Furniture Ombudsman will make an independent assessment of your case if K2GO have not successfully resolved your issue with Furniture storeandInteriors Installer, and Loyalty cards.

If The Furniture Ombudsman cannot resolve your dispute with K2GO, your case can then be escalated to The Furniture Ombudsman.

Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at resolver. Thanks to Martin Lewis on TV saying about claiming for holiday delays which I did not know about I have managed to claim for a delay that cost us losing a whole days holiday. With 2 little ones stuck in an airport for the day wasn't much fun, I had looked into my travel insurance but was not covered so thought that was it. This was in august 2011, however, thanks to your company I have just been paid out £1276 by Monarch.
