How do I make an HMCTS complaint using Resolver?
If you want to make a complaint about HMCTS using Resolver, then the process could not be simpler. If you wish to continue with your complaint, we will help you create an email to send to HMCTS. This will detail your issues and spell out how you would like your complaint to be resolved. HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is responsible for the administration of criminal, civil and family courts and tribunals in England and Wales. It is also responsible for non-devolved tribunals in Scotland and Northern Ireland. HMCTS work with an independent judiciary to provide a fair, efficient and effective justice system.
HMCTS employs around 18,000 staff and operates from locations in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
A brief history of HMCTS
Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service is an executive agency of the Ministry of Justice. It was created on 1 April 2011 by the merger of Her Majesty's Courts Service and the Tribunals Service.
It works from about 600 locations across the United Kingdom.
