Issue with Other (none of the above)

Thirteen Group are not very organised, some staff are very helpful but others are not, there system needs updating as information disappears of the data base and nothing is done about it, my partner and I was continuously going into the office trying to resolve this issue.

Issue with Damage to communal areas

Have lived in one of the properties since 2000 when it was owned by the council and run by Tristar as an ALMO. We then became a housing association with Hartlepool and became Vela who were a good HA and things looked good, till we joined with Middlesbrough, not good at all
