I highly recommend this service. I had been trying to communicate reasonably with my gym explaining that it was not as it was sold on the brochure. Dirty, overcrowded, always broken in parts. I kept getting met by the gate keeper who kept flat batting me away, but using Resolver reached a central office which over ruled my gym manager.
