I used Resolver to settle a dispute with Europcar who had overcharged me for a car rental. The Resolver website is incredibly quick and easy to use and after submitting my case, I was immediately notified that processes were in place, and a conversation had begun with the company. When Europcar had not responded within two weeks Resolver notified me that I could escalate my case. I did so and very swiftly received a response from Europcar, and subsequently was given a full refund and my case was settled. It was a seamless and hassle-free process, and I couldn't recommend Resolver more.

I have been using Resolver to manage the collection of compensation from a cancelled flight. Although it has taken nearly 15 months to finally get the collection from the airline, I found resolver to provide a service that would have cost at least 30% of the compensation if I had went with another service provider. The arbitration between the airline and I was great, however, when payments were being delayed and I was trying to escalate the issue, it didn't seem like escalation worked in that respect. I love the concept and its great to see Resolver offering solutions in other matters also. Highly recommend the service from my own experience.
