Your case file is a secure online location for all important documents regarding your issue. You can upload photos, tickets, copies of receipts or external emails from before you raised your issue with Resolver.

Lets you record all your communications

One of the most important aspects of a complicated issue is keeping a record of all your correspondence regarding the complaint – Resolver does this for you automatically.

Lets you know when to escalate your complaint

If you’re not satisfied with the initial response from the organisation you have an issue with, our escalation process will let you know when you can raise your complaint to the next level of seniority and, ultimately to an ombudsman or regulator, where appropriate.

Here's what some of our 1,764,662 users had to say

Hi, I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone at resolver. Thanks to Martin Lewis on TV saying about claiming for holiday delays which I did not know about I have managed to claim for a delay that cost us losing a whole days holiday. With 2 little ones stuck in an airport for the day wasn't much fun, I had looked into my travel insurance but was not covered so thought that was it. This was in august 2011, however, thanks to your company I have just been paid out £1276 by Monarch.

I went to Nandos and had poor service, I raised my issue with resolver whilst sitting at the table and got my issue resolved in under a week, I submitted my issue in 4 clicks, resolver makes complaining simple, why did I not think of it!

The resolver App and Webpage has enabled me to keep a record of emails and responses in one location. Yes, I could have opened a folder in my inbox, but when I escalated the problem through Resolver my email went to the Customer Services Manager instead of just a representative. This provided a single point of contact rather than the 7 reps who had up to that point dealt with the enquiry. If it had needed to go higher Resolver would have sent me a email reminder and also emailed it to the higher level. I was originally offered a gift voucher, approx 20% of the order value, due to the problems that had occurred, which was not accepted and the final result was a refund of over 75% of the original purchase price as they continued to make errors with the order. Thanks MSE and Resolver, a very useful tool and one that I hopefully won't need again……..
