I used Resolver in a case against BT where they had added cancellation charges to my final bill when I switched to another tel & BB provider, even though I had complied with their terms & conditions for switching without penalty due to them increasing their prices. How does my BT case file work?

Furthermore, Resolver sends you notifications when it's time to escalate your case to help keep things on track. If you cannot resolve your complaint with BT, Resolver enables you to escalate it to the relevant regulatory body – the contents of your case file is sent as supporting evidence.
