They are brilliant. I put my complaint to Cunard after they had deducted 50%of my payment of £2472 for cancellation charge after I informed them I was unable to get insurance cover for a Southampton to New York cruise and back at the beginning of September.I was given no other options but after contacting Resolver Cunard phoned me with an apology and a refund of the 50% £1236.I'm so glad I got in touch with Resolver/
