Well all I can say is what a simple, easy-to-use tool. I completed the simple form which asks you what your concern is, what you would like to happen & then transforms it into an email complaint to the company. In my case it was about an "insurance charge" added to a credit card (not PPI but as near as could be in my opinion) Anyway a few weeks later I got £2,700 back in payments plus interest... Delighted!
