They do not seem able to comprehend why i would want 4 insurance policies for 3 houses and have not paid the cash-back for purchasing a policy. I will not be returning to them next year.

I had to contact them several times to make sure they serviced my gas boiler, which was less than a year old. I very nearly lost my 10 year warranty as an engineer did not turn up on the specified day. I had to phone them again to arrange another day. This was a week later.
