I found Resolver by accident. Totally frustrated with Sky's customer phone line, and certain I could die waiting in the queue, I used Resolver to try and get some sort of action on my complaint. Superb service. We moved house on Friday 21st April and were told by our telephone service provider that our phone would be connected on the Monday. I used Resolver in a case against BT where they had added cancellation charges to my final bill when I switched to another tel & BB provider, even though I had complied with their terms & conditions for switching without penalty due to them increasing their prices.
