Great facility and guidance in writing a letter of complaint that ended in a very satisfactory outcome with a private parking charge notice being cancelled. So grateful for a speedy resolution to something that should never have happened. Wow, within 24 hrs my complaint was sorted. I had been telephoning a car rental company to complain about them taking money from my account for fuel when I had already filled the tank on returning my hire car. Great result by using Resolver. More publicity is needed to let consumers know how effective this service is. I only found out by chance about Resolver from reading about Resolver in a newspaper article. Before using the Resolver service, I tried to get the RAC to deal with my complaint but got nowhere. The complaint was about the RAC deducting my yearly breakdown insurance fee from my bank account AFTER I'd cancelled my membership. However, when I used the Resolver procedure my complaint was satisfactorily dealt with by the RAC in just a week by them refunding the whole fee. Amazing!
