2 weeks ago my flight was cancelled resulting in 24 hours delay. Put a claim through Resolver and Just got confirmation from city jet that the 250 euros compensation are on the way (it would have taken only a week if I hadn't been so lazy in sending the airline my SWIFT and IBAN ). Resolver tracks your issue and escalates it for you so saving you a lot of donkey work. My issue with Cardiff Airport Holiday Inn about parking charges took 6 months and escalating to the top level but I finally got resolution so many thanks and congratulations to Resolver for their very good service
