Had an issue with a car rental company. Came across Resolver by chance so gave it a go and I now have my deposit back after they acknowledged the staff did not follow company procedures. Thank you Resolver for your help.

Great system, takes the effort out of claiming. I was able to obtain a repayment of amount taken from my credit card by a car rental company for disputed windscreen damage. Without Resolver I would not have taken the case to a conclusion. Thank you.

Wow, within 24 hrs my complaint was sorted. I had been telephoning a car rental company to complain about them taking money from my account for fuel when I had already filled the tank on returning my hire car. They were very unhelpful on the phone. So I went through Resolver and I have just been emailed to say my money is being put back into my account. Thank you so much for your help. I will be telling everybody about Resolver

I had an issue with Evans Halshaw that I've been trying to resolve since August last year. Within 2 hours of opening my case file with Resolver the Dealership Principle had contacted me. It still took 2 weeks to get my cheque, but at least it's finally sorted. Would definitely recommend Resolver & would definitely use them again.
