Great result by using Resolver. More publicity is needed to let consumers know how effective this service is. I only found out by chance about Resolver from reading about Resolver in a newspaper article. Before using the Resolver service, I tried to get the RAC to deal with my complaint but got nowhere. The complaint was about the RAC deducting my yearly breakdown insurance fee from my bank account AFTER I'd cancelled my membership. However, when I used the Resolver procedure my complaint was satisfactorily dealt with by the RAC in just a week by them refunding the whole fee. Amazing!

Great facility and guidance in writing a letter of complaint that ended in a very satisfactory outcome with a private parking charge notice being cancelled. So grateful for a speedy resolution to something that should never have happened.
