I found lodging a claim using Resolver's templates for a delayed flight very easy. I always reacted immediately to the suggestions to escalate my case, including referral to CEDR. It was at this point, more than 3 months after my initial claim, that Thomson eventually responded, advising me that my claim should be against the carrier (Germania Airways) although I had booked through (and assumed my contract was with) Thomson. I resubmitted my claim to Germania who, with typical German efficiency, settled my claim within 3 weeks. Thank you, Resolver, for your user-friendly service which I personally can recommend.

Been trying to sort out my vodafone bill for over 4 months with no joy and having to spend hours on the phone repeating myself to different operators...promised phone calls back which were never received. I used resolver and within 2 weeks of sending first email through them i had the chance to escalate the case to higher levels. After 3 weeks received a reply offering to refund all money owed from being overcharged and extra compensation for the amount of time having to wait for a response etc... would recommend resolver to anyone who is having problems with vodafone.
