The resolver App and Webpage has enabled me to keep a record of emails and responses in one location. Yes, I could have opened a folder in my inbox, but when I escalated the problem through Resolver my email went to the Customer Services Manager instead of just a representative. This provided a single point of contact rather than the 7 reps who had up to that point dealt with the enquiry.
If it had needed to go higher Resolver would have sent me a email reminder and also emailed it to the higher level.
I was originally offered a gift voucher, approx 20% of the order value, due to the problems that had occurred, which was not accepted and the final result was a refund of over 75% of the original purchase price as they continued to make errors with the order.
