2 weeks ago my flight was cancelled resulting in 24 hours delay. Put a claim through Resolver and Just got confirmation from city jet that the 250 euros compensation are on the way (it would have taken only a week if I hadn't been so lazy in sending the airline my SWIFT and IBAN ). I want to record my thanks for making Vodafone deal with my complaint. After two letters (second one recorded delivery) went without any reply at all, I used resolver. Your first email to that company didn't receive a response but the second one did. Following a phone call (with a reference number for my case) Vodafone finally capitulated and this morning I received a replacement handset for the faulty one bought in June.
