Budget German supermarket chain Aldi operates more than 500 stores in the UK, with a little more than 3.5% of the UK groceries market. Unlike conventional supermarkets, Aldi focusses mostly on own-brand products, stocking fewer brand-name products than many supermarkets. This allows Aldi to keep its store sizes relatively small.

Testimonials

I order a curry through Just Eat with my local takeaway, but the Prawn Pathia was not delivered. I raised the issue through resolver and within 2 days I have a refund and a gesture of goodwill. Very impressed with the resolver service, 5 stars!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Resolver for your help and support in this matter. We feel that we may not have been able to achieve a satisfactory outcome without your assistance.
John Tudor via email

I replied to Easyjet and told them that their claim that this was an exceptional case was unacceptable given the facts that I mentioned in my first email to you above. They didn't argue with this at all and just agreed to pay me my compensation. Of course it took weeks for them to tell me this and then more weeks for them to actually pay it, but it's all been resolved now and I've closed the case on Resolver. Thanks for your help
