My wife and her friend were going to Jersey for a week long holiday but had the flight cancelled at about 2 hours notice. Luckily she was able to book on a flight the next day. However they still had to pay for the hotel room and so on their behalf I started to research compensation. Through the Money Saving Expert website I was directed to Resolver.
