Frequently asked questions about Jet2

My complaint is related to an EC261/2004 compensation claim, and Jet 2 have responded asking me to send further information to a specific address, should I do so?

Yes. All companies will have a slightly differring procedures, but this doesn't mean you can maintain your case file in Resolver as well. Upon emailing Jet 2, your complaint is registered electronically. They will then provide a postal address for you to send supporting information too. You can make a record of your actions as a 'note', and upload communications or documents to your file as it progresses. You will also be able to escalate the case from the file if and when necessary.
