I was delayed for over three hours by Norwegian airlines on the 28th Dec 2016. Spurred on by Martin Lewis, I thought I'd give Resolver ago, and quite frankly I wasn't expecting a positive result. The website is extremely clear and user-friendly, and it was very simple to lodge a complaint. Surprisingly Norwegian were really responsive to my email, I imagine using the resolver template massively helped. Imagine my surprise when within two weeks I got a positive response and offer to compensate me & my family (2 adults, 3 young kids) a sum of 2000 euros. Kudos to Norwegian airlines for a speedy & efficient compensation. This weekend my boiler went and I need a new system - no hot water or heat all weekend.
