Issue with Goods/services not supplied

The worst of the worst pushing away problems onto other departments probably caused by foreign workers,my advice is dont use EVRI or FRASERSPLUS both uncaring mind destroying idiots and i want to take this further as non of this is my fault as the parcel was stolen by EVRI

Like any other credit card, no problem to use. Trying to get a credit from was a long process, they should one person to deal with with your issue instead of multiple operators which confuses the process and having to use Resolver to get your cash back. Thanks.
