Great result by using Resolver. More publicity is needed to let consumers know how effective this service is. I only found out by chance about Resolver from reading about Resolver in a newspaper article. Before using the Resolver service, I tried to get the RAC to deal with my complaint but got nowhere. The complaint was about the RAC deducting my yearly breakdown insurance fee from my bank account AFTER I'd cancelled my membership.
