How does Resolver work?

Explains your rights to you

You'll find no legal jargon in our simple, comprehensive consumer rights sections. Our guidance is tailored specifically for every type of issue.

Helps you prepare your emails

We provide a wide range of flexible email templates for you to adapt to your needs – just slot in the specific details for your case, and in a few short clicks your issue will be ready to go.

Creates a case file for you

Your case file is a secure online location for all important documents regarding your issue. You can upload photos, tickets, copies of receipts or external emails from before you raised your issue with Resolver.

Lets you record all your communications

One of the most important aspects of a complicated issue is keeping a record of all your correspondence regarding the complaint – Resolver does this for you automatically.

Lets you know when to escalate your complaint

If you’re not satisfied with the initial response from the organisation you have an issue with, our escalation process will let you know when you can raise your complaint to the next level of seniority and, ultimately to an ombudsman or regulator, where appropriate.

Here's what some of our 1,442,658 users had to say

I recently experienced the joy of a 6.5hour delay when trying to return from Malaga to East Midlands Airport with Ryanair. Initially, I tried lodging a compensation claim via Ryanair's own website - even messaging the Customer Care team to be pointed in the right direction. The website proved to be no help at all and I ended up in a loop where the only option available was "delayed and did not travel" which was inappropriate. Very frustrating when I knew I was legally eligible for compensation. Eventually, I turned to the web for help and landed on the Money Saving Expert website. There I found a recommendation for Resolver so I decided to give them a try. From that moment everything got a lot easier. The process and the app are fab. I sent a pre-written email, only needing to fill in a few details. The app tracked my case and alerted me when a reply had arrived and a couple of weeks later I've heard from Ryanair that the compensation will arrive in my account over the next 10 days. Without Resolver I've no idea how I'd have made any progress, let alone got a result like this! Fantastic service ******
